Yes! Creating an account, browsing profiles, and sending messages is completely free. We believe everyone should have access to meeting new people. We may offer optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will always remain free.
We use email verification for all accounts. When you sign up, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your address. For certain features or to become a verified user, we may ask for photo verification where you submit a live selfie matching your profile picture.
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. You control what appears on your profile and who can message you. Read our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data protection.
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can block or report any user directly from their profile or message thread. Go to Settings > Privacy & Safety to manage your blocked users. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
While our focus is on Toulouse and the surrounding region, you can technically use the platform from anywhere. However, our matching algorithm prioritizes local connections, so you'll get the best experience when using the platform within Toulouse.
You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
If someone makes you uncomfortable or violates our community guidelines, use the block and report features immediately. Do not engage with inappropriate users. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action, including account suspension or termination for violations.
Go to your Profile Settings to edit your information, change photos, update your bio, and adjust privacy settings. Changes are saved automatically and reflected immediately across the platform.
